Mazda of Denton Service Department is always quick to have availability and complete needed service in a short amount of time.

I bought my Mazda here. And this was the second time I went in for an oil change. They are very honest, and upfront with everything. Very courteous people. My car was done within a couple of hours. I didn't have to wait too long!

It was the fastest, smoothest, and easiest car buying experience I have ever had in my life.

First impressions are important. I was treated terribly when I entered. I approached the service desk and was greeted with a rough attitude. I explained my situation and instead of approaching from a place of understanding, the woman at the service desk started telling me what couldn't happen. I almost asked if I should come back later because she was in a bad mood and taking it out on me. I then was given a number to text with questions. I texted it and received no response. Then they couldn't find my warranty info and tried to charge me. I had to talk to someone in finance who confirmed I had purchased the warranty. The woman and her supervisor couldn't find my info but finance found it immediately. I'm considering not returning here once my warranties are up. I have had good experiences here before but this time was the worst and made me want to go elsewhere. They have a sign near the service desk that showcases their values. Respect and professionalism are listed there, among others I was treated disrespectfully and there was a sincere lack of professionalism. I've been a customer here since 2019 and the service desk level of customer care has decreased significantly in that time.

Brought my Mazda 6 for simple oil change. Arrived at my appointment 1:45 time. Received service text confirming intake but never received another text, never received the technician's inspection or recommendations. 2 hours later I walked up to the service desk for update and my car keys was in the cabinet. The original service advisor was busy and never acknowledged me, another advisor completed my payment paperwork. No one apologized. He didn't know how long my car was ready. This visit was not normal, usually have interactions with the advisor but not today.

There seems to be an issue of getting the car throughly checked out when my wife takes the vehicle in. One time, the tires did not get rotated per the service request. The last visit she came home and all four tires had 28 pounds or less of pressure when the recommendation is 35. Seems to getting reported to the director, but nothing is changing.

Everything was as promised. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. There was no irritating hard sell. I felt the price was fair and competitive with other dealers I had talked to. I enjoyed doing business with them and would recommend them.

Their communication with the customer in the service department gets a big fat Zero. They have one lady at the desk trying to handle all of the service side of things. If you drop your car off for service good luck getting an answer if you try to call them about anything. When your car is ready you won't hear about it from them. you will have to show up and find an actual person to let you know it's ready.

Ozzy helped me purchase a new CX5 in minutes. We found the vehicle, the dealership gave me a good price for my trade in and we were done. Very Easy.

This is one hopping dealership. I have never seen so many people in the business of buying vehicles. Of course, having a top rating from Consumer Reports and JD Powers probably has something to do with it. I traded in an Audi A6 Quattro to buy a Mazda CX-50, and am excited about the purchase. The people are nice and easy to work with. Hugo and Conner are great. The process was smooth and well orchestrated. I give them 5 stars.
