The service area is a disorganized mess. There appears to be one guy who is helpful at the service desk. He was helpful but obviously overwhelmed and missed a ton of things. Two other employees sitting behind the counter did not help or provide any service to people in the waiting area. I’m not sure what they did other than complain about customers they just talked to on the phone.
Deceptive Financing Tactics. Awful Service. After signing for a loan, I was told I was ending up paying a higher interest rate in the end because of "all my student loans". Excuse me? I made an appointment, and then they couldn’t find the appointment when I got there. They still took my car in for service and had me done with in and 50 minutes time slot not bad.

We brought our CX90 in with no appointment on a Wednesday for an oil change as well as a steering concern. The Service Director John, Met us in the drive and got an understanding of our steering concern. He was able to take care of the issue which included the need for a new rack and pinion steering along with our regularly scheduled maintenance. Can’t say enough nice things about the service here. My service advisor went above and beyond to help get my warranty and services aligned. At no fault of their own my car was with them for a week, but they made sure I had a vehicle to drive so that I was not inconvenienced.

The inventory is great you will find what you want there. They have great and helpful salespeople they answer all your questions and they will find out what you need , on the finace side of things very helpful too helped me get what I wanted that day.

Pretty large selection of vehicles, patient with allowing multiple test drives and clearly explained the options available. Took a while to get through financing but that was mostly expected.

I went in for a routine oil change and mentioned that I was hearing a noise from the engine area. The service team inspected the vehicle and recommended replacing the belt tensioner and both belts, saying that this would resolve the issue. However, even after paying for the repair, the noise is still present and the problem has not been resolved. It is disappointing to spend money on recommended repairs and still have the same issue afterward.
I took my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 1.5 hours up to 2 hours. It was done in an hour and they cleaned my car too. Looks great.

Took about 2 hours for an oil change with appointment. To be fair a customer was giving the service writer a hard time and tied her up for about an hour arguing about an extended warranty item. That’s why I never buy extended warranty products. They are so restrictive and the warranty company is not looking out for the customer just how to get out of covering when you have a problem. We’ve been going to this Mazda dealer for a while now, and it’s really the people that set them apart. The service team is professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. The facility is always clean, and the waiting area has water, coffee, tea, and snacks, which makes the time pass comfortably. It’s consistently a very good experience.

January 19, 2026; 11:20am. Visited the dealer with interest in purchasing two new vehicles. Drove thru the parking lot and stopped next to the vehicle I am interested (MX-5RF). Nobody from the dealer showed up. Then moved next to a CX-5 with my wife and no one showed up from the sales department. Left the dealership without any contact or information. Will go somewhere else. This dealer should be ashamed on how they treat potential customers.
Repetes upselling of the fuel induction service, which is kind of frustarting - this is not a mandatory service by mazda, but still they keep this service in the zone, meaning a mandatory service
They do great job keeping my car maintained. Always friendly. And they have free snacks.

Patrick was my salesman, he was very knowledgable on the different models and describing the ins and outs of each vehicle during my test drive. I was not ready to buy at that time as I was still doing research. After several weeks, Patrick followed up. With another test drive and more consideration, I was ready to move ahead with the purchase. It was a pleasant and straight-forward negotiation process regarding the OTD price.

I've been a customer of this Mazda dealership in Denton since 2007. During that time I have purchased 8 new or pre-owned cars and I've always used Mazda dealer services for the Mazdas (One was a pre-owned Porsche). The service department has always top-notch, affordable, efficient and explained each and every service item. The newly remodeled dealership is great. There is simply no need to go anywhere else.
Staff is always polite and friendly. I appreciate how they follow up with me when I ask questions.
I went in to have the finance manager re-explain the finance terms that I got when leasing a new vehicle. He was very patient and took his time to make sure I understood my terms and was satisfied. As a recent widow, I felt he gave me the best deal possible and did not take advantage of my situation.

Worst place stay away from this place. I have been there 3 times, every time disappointed. I had some issue today. They don’t even want to look at it. They told me I had to leave the car for 2 days to look at it.
